Harrison came to live with us in December 2001, "retiring" after a successful show career. We have Dave and Peggy Helming to thank for their generosity in letting this special boy come to live with us. He's a joy to own, with perfect manners. He fits into our family beautifully, and has learned the joy of wading through puddles. After moving west, he earned his Canadian championship, his Canine Good Citizen award and his Draft Dog title. Harrison prefers being with us to any other pursuit. At 12 years of age, he still tolerates visiting dogs like the gentleman he is.
